His Journey into Chiropractic

Matthew’s passion for chiropractic began with a personal experience. After suffering a rugby injury as a student at The Marlborough School, Woodstock, he sought treatment from local chiropractor Dr. Rupert Molloy.

“I was in a great deal of pain, but thanks to chiropractic, I recovered quickly. I was fascinated by the treatment and wanted to learn more.”

At just 15 years old, Matthew began observing treatments at the Woodstock clinic, learning directly from his mentor, Dr. Molloy. This hands-on experience cemented his decision to become a chiropractor.

After earning a BSc (Hons) degree in Human Biology, he continued his education with a four-year Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He later returned to Woodstock Chiropractic Clinic—the very place where his journey began—to practice as a chiropractor.

Experience in Elite Sports

Matthew’s reputation in performance healthcare led to a prestigious role as Head of Human Performance for Williams Formula 1 Team. He traveled globally, working with cutting-edge technology to optimise drivers’ physical health and performance.

“Working in Formula 1 has been an incredible experience, but what excites me most is bringing this elite-level care to my patients.”

Matthew continues to consult for F1 drivers, elite athletes, and celebrities, often found trackside at sporting events, ensuring peak performance for top-tier professionals.

Outside the Clinic

Beyond his clinical work, Matthew leads an active life with his wife, two children, and two dogs. He enjoys rugby, shooting, running, and cycling. Together with his wife, he completed the London Marathon for charity and looks forward to taking on new endurance challenges.

The Stow Chiropractor is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and the British Chiropractic Association.

“CHIROPRACTIC CARE ISN’T JUST ABOUT RELIEVING PAIN—IT’S ABOUT UNLOCKING YOUR BODY’S FULL POTENTIAL. MY GOAL IS TO PROVIDE THE SAME LEVEL OF CARE TRUSTED BY ELITE ATHLETES TO EVERY PATIENT WHO WALKS THROUGH OUR DOORS.”
