The ‘Giving Back’ Initiative

At The Stow Chiropractor, we’re committed to giving back through charity, fundraising, and community initiatives—because good health should be for everyone.

At The Stow Chiropractor, we believe that good health—both physical and mental—should be accessible to all. That’s why we are committed to giving back to the community through fundraising, charity initiatives, and health education.

While we dedicate ourselves to helping the people of Woodstock, Stow, and the wider Cotswolds through expert chiropractic care, our mission extends beyond our clinic doors. Each year, we support local charities and initiatives to promote better health, a higher quality of life, and a stronger support system for those in need.

From raising awareness to participating in fundraising events, we actively contribute to charitable organisations that align with our mission.

So far, we have proudly:

  • Run the London Marathon for BLESMA, supporting injured veterans
  • Donated to SeeSaw children’s charity, providing bereavement support
  • Cycled 35 miles to raise funds for Helen & Douglas House Hospice
  • Completed the Blenheim 10K for the British Heart Foundation
  • Run the Oxford Half Marathon to support various health initiatives

Most recently, our Clinic Director, Matthew Scroggs, took on a 10-mile endurance challenge—carrying 45 lbs (20kg) for the Parachute Regiment.

And we’re not stopping there!

Spreading Knowledge, Changing Lives

Beyond treating patients in our clinic, we are committed to sharing our expertise worldwide. Recently, our chiropractor Jess traveled to South Sudan to educate healthcare workers and students on preventing and managing low back pain—helping them improve lives in their own communities.

Supporting Athletes & Peak Performance

At The Stow Chiropractor, we help athletes stay at their best—from injury recovery to peak performance. Clinic Director Matt Scroggs prepared for Ironman Portugal with our chiropractic team, ensuring his body was race-ready. We work with professional athletes, Olympians, and active individuals to enhance movement, prevent injuries, and speed up recovery.
